1.Pre-sales Service

2.Shipping & Installation Service
RUIJI MACHINERY has a specialized and independent department to arrange the shipment.We will prepare all the necessary documents so as to arrange the delivery smoothly.We cooprate with the most famous shipping company in China,they could provide the best and economic shipping ways to destination.
The installation services we provide to customers are supported by videos and documents.We can assign engineers to customer's factory to help install and test machines. The related expenses incurred shall be paid by customers, including the salary paid to the engineer,round-trip air tickets and accommodation during the journey.

3. Clients Training Services
The buyer could also send your own technician come to RUIJI factory to learn how to operate machines. Our technician will teach and train the learners hand by hand till he can operate machine by himself.

4. After Sales Service
RUIJI Company machines guarantee time is one year.Many easy broken spare parts will be prepared in the tool box together with machines.
 
 
Our standard packing method for machine is film wrapping.
Wooden case packing can be provided according to customer' s requirements.

  

Q: What's your delivery date?    
A: Usually finish the production within 30days after your 30% advanced payment, actually need to check according our stock & production plan.      
 
Q: Terms of payment?    
 A: We accept T/T, 30% in advance and 70% balanced before the shipment.          
      We accept L/C at sight.          
      We accept Cash.   
   
Q: How many days will you finish installing ?    
A: We will finish installation and training within 7-15 days.    
  
Q: How long is your machine's warranty period?    
A: All our machine have one year guarantee, starting from finished installation.    
  
Q: How could we do after one year warranty period?    
A: We also can do service for you, however, if require overseas service, you need pay salary to our technician .    
  
Q: How could we do if the parts broken within warranty?     
A: We would express the free replacement parts during the warranty date.    
 
Q: How many worker do we need running those machines?     
A: For each machine, need 1-3 persons for each.      

Q: What should we charge for your engineer?    
 A: You should charge for the cost of our engineer's visa , air tickets, hotel, food ,and also their salary .
